Q1 This web page has been "down for maintenance" for several days. Any idea when it will be back up? http://aebg.cccco.edu/Consortia/Consortia-List

The AEP Portal consortium pages should be up and running very soon. I apologize for this inconvenience. Please let me know anything else you need on this.

Q2 We seem to have an ongoing problem. It’s probably user error on our side, but I hope you can help. I had full access to knack, now I do not. It seems to correspond to when the Program Director from LBCC contacted you (see below) to get her password restored or reset. Do we have one knack logon or two? The Program Director and, as such, maintains the consortium contacts, goals/outcomes, and various narratives. I am the fiscal authority, so I enter the financial side of things. Can you help me get into the knack system without removing the Program Director's access?

The AEP Portal has been undergoing maintenance for the past couple of weeks, so the consortium pages are unavailable to everyone at this time. This is not due to any user errors or glitches in the login information and the pages should be up and running very soon. I apologize for this inconvenience.

Q3 Question regarding the Annual Plan in the Portal. Is there a way to pull the document out once it has been filled out to share with members for approval. I see a save and submit function but not a download option?

For this, you'll want to use the Print button in the upper right-hand side of the page. From within the print dialog, most modern browsers provide the option to save or print to .pdf.
